Diamond Bar Sunrooms & Patios was founded in 2017 by a team of local contractors who grew up in the San Gabriel Valley and knew its neighborhoods well - the hillside lots along the 57 corridor, the HOA communities near Diamond Bar Boulevard, and the older ranch-style homes built in the 1970s and 1980s that make up much of the city's housing stock.
Diamond Bar's sunny weather is ideal for sunrooms, but the intense summer heat, expansive clay soils, and HOA requirements in many neighborhoods make this a more complex market than most.
